What kind of events do you photograph?+
Premium private events — milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, family celebrations, religious and cultural occasions, private dinners, parties and weddings.
How is the quote calculated?+
Hourly photography rate, billable coverage hours (with a three-hour minimum), return travel from our base, and the delivery window you choose. The final quote always rounds up to the nearest £10.
When do I receive my gallery?+
You choose: standard (within two weeks), priority (within one week, +£100) or next-day delivery (+£175). The window is locked in when you secure your date.
Is travel included?+
Travel is calculated transparently from our Midlands base at £0.45 per mile (return). The figure is included in your quote — never a surprise on the day.
How do I secure my date?+
Receive your personalised quote, then either book an Event Capture Consultation with your photographer or secure your event date immediately with a fixed £100 deposit. The £100 is credited towards the final cost of your booking.
Will there be one photographer or two?+
Events with up to 300 guests are covered by one photographer. Events with more than 300 guests are covered by two — included in the quote.
